Applications:

• When you have completed an application please submit the information in the drop box at the Town Office or email it to John Thompson. 
• John will contact you with any questions, so make sure the applications are complete.

Building Permit Fees can be delivered in person, mailed or placed in the drop box for processing after the Code Enforcement Officer has contacted you with the fee. Please indicate what the check is for in the memo section.

Please Note: The town of Frye Island requires a Tree Removal Permit for any tree removed over 4" in diameter. The permit is free but must be completed and approved by the Code Enforcement officer before the tree is removed.
